Our experienced team will provide you with a hassle-free property management experience, or home purchase and sale. The Sprengs started their property owner/management experience in 2003. Melinda has been in the service industry for over 40 years, while Joel has a mechanical background, and a general contractor since 2004. The company founder Frank Sciascia and the Gallaghers have over 40 years of property owner/management experience, as well as in the Building and HVAC industry.
