Melinda brings over 40 years of service industry experience, while Joel contributes a strong mechanical background and has been a licensed general contractor since 2004. In addition, company founder Frank Sciascia and the Gallagher team members bring more than 40 years of property owner and management experience, along with extensive expertise in the building and HVAC industry.
